Nutrition is about so much more than diet. Eating well helps you maintain a healthy weight and gives you the energy you need to stay active. 50 North provides nutritious meals, opportunities for social interaction, and activity. 50 North Nutrition Services include: daily lunches served in the Marathon Café, Mobile Meals, Curbside Pick-up, and Frozen Meals to-Go.

Marathon Café

Cafe Menu - May 2026

50 North offers lunch Monday through Friday in the Marathon Café from 11:00am - 1:00pm
for adults 50+.
Meals are prepared daily in our kitchen.

• Hot Entrée and Sides with Side Salad or Soup

• Power Rice Bowl of the Week
• Build a Salad with Soup
• Build a Wrap with Soup
• Build a Power Rice Bowl

Mobile Meals

Mobile Meals Menu - May 2026

Healthy. Reliable. Delivered with Care.
50 North’s Mobile Meals Program delivers fresh, nutritious meals, Monday through Friday, right to your door. Whether you're recovering from surgery, living alone, or homebound—this service is designed to support older adults who are unable to prepare meals themselves.

What’s Included:
· One hot meal or one hot + one cold meal
   · Prepared fresh daily in our on-site kitchen
   · Available short- or long-term
   · Weekend meals available upon request
(delivered Fridays)
   · Delivered by caring, reliable volunteers

Delivery Details: Meals begin 24 hours after sign-up

Requests after 12 PM Friday start Tuesday
Delivery time: Between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM

Cost:
$8.50 – One hot meal
$11.50 – One hot + one cold meal

No limit on number of meals per order.

How to Order: Call the Nutrition Office at least the day before to place an order.

Please leave your name, pick-up time, make and model of your vehicle.

Pick-up time: 11:00 am -12:00 pm

Where to pick up: Please use the driveway off Blanchard Street. Park at the back of the building by the back door. A 50 North member will bring the food out to you.

Payment method: Cash, check, or 50 North punch card.

If you don't have time to sit in our Marathon Cafe and enjoy the meal, you can order your meal To Go! Stop in or call ahead to order and simply take it with you!
