This free class is conducted by 50 North Wellness Staff. It emphasizes practical strategies to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels.
Conducted by two trained professionals, this series addresses exercising to increase strength and balance, home safety, assertiveness, and setting goals to increase activity. Participants attend (2) 2 hour class for 4 weeks.
Advance registration is required by March 25. Space is limited to 14 participants. Free.
