Craft Corner: Scarecrow Hat

Join us for a fun afternoon creating a scarecrow hat. We will transform a witch hat form into a fall decoration. Included are all the supplies you will need – burlap, fall colored mesh, deco tubing, ribbons, and fall embellishments. Size is approx. 20” h x 20” w.  Advance registration and $25 fee required by Oct. 15. Sharon, from Hoot Owl Crafts, will be your instructor.
