4-Week Educational Series offered: Tuesdays at 10:30am. and Wednesdays at 6:00pm. Advanced registration required. $4 per session. Each session is approximately 1 hour.
1 – October 8 or 9 – What D.I.E.T.? Do I Eat Today
What diet fits your lifestyle/health needs? Explore these diets: Keto, high protein/low carb, Mediterranean, and plant strong.
2 – October 15 or 16 – When D.I.E.T.? Do I Eat Today
We’ll discuss meal timing for specific goals, intermittent fasting, and what to eat pre and post workout for optimal performance.
3 – October 22 or 23 – What If? Physical & Mental Outcomes: What if you added more fruits & vegetables to your meal plan? What if you added 10-15 minutes of exercise? What if you did something kind for someone?
4 – October 29 or 30 – Flavor of Healthy Eating- Lets taste this! Get a preview of what healthy TASTES like. Taste test soup, salad & dessert prepared with whole foods.
