Tuesday, October 1, 10:30am. or Wednesday, October 2, 6pm. We will explore the spectrum of popular diets and their components that make them successful. We will also learn the importance of using evidence based data to create our own personal nutrition and exercise program that will optimize our health and performance. We will learn how to build healthy, sustainable levels of exercise into our daily routine and how to best prioritize and achieve our overall health and well-being. Pre-Registration required. No fee.
