Will accept most major insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare Part B. Also, accept check or cash (no credit or debit) for individuals without insurance. Must have your I.D. and Insurance Card. If you are not biological parent further consents and paperwork may be necessary, please call the Health Department for further information. It is important to have these with you for us to protect your privacy and assure accurate billing to your insurance company.
