50 North will host a representative from Captioncall, a phone system for people who are hard of hearing. The phone puts the words of the conversation on the screen and is amplified all at no charge. They even do installation and education on how to use it! Those interested are required to have a hearing loss,the internet and a certification form filled out by a hearing office or physician.
