Diabetes Support Group: Food Color Phytochemicals

Phytochemicals are naturally occurring plant chemicals that provide plants with color, odor and flavor. Once we eat them, research shows they can influence the chemical processes inside our bodies in a multitude of helpful ways. Bluffton University Dietitian Jenna Haggard joins us.
