Thursdays: September 6 – October 25, 1:00 – 3:00pm. Many older adults experience concerns
about falling and restrict their activity. Conducted by two trained professionals, this series addresses
exercising to increase strength and balance, home safety, assertiveness, and setting goals to
increase activity. Participants attend a 2 hour class for 8 weeks. Advance registration is required
by August 30. Space is limited. Free.
