This 6-week series will be facilitated by two trained health professionals and will be highly participatory. With mutual support and success, it will build each participant’s confidence
in their ability to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.
Techniques will be discussed to deal with problems such as frustration, fatigue, isolation, and poor sleep, appropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength, flexibility, and endurance, use of medications, communicating effectively, nutrition, new treatments and more. Advance registration required by February 28. Limited space. Free.
