Learn a new art form that is over 500 years old, “Paper Quilling,”
from professional instructor Bridget Lee. Quilling is the craft of
arranging rolled and shaped strips of paper to make a variety of
unique designs. Learn the basic techniques and see many ways
to use them. All skill levels welcome. Advance registration and
$15 fee required by Wednesday, July 12. Limited space.
