To sort through the calendar to find different types of event, click on the “categories” button in the top left corner. A drop down list of categories will be displayed and when one of them is clicked, only events from that category will be shown on the calendar.

While using this calendar, you can view the calendar in a number of different ways. To do this, click on the “month” button. Another drop down list will appear and you may then choose your preferred view of the calendar.

This 6-week series will be facilitated by two trained health professionals and will be highly participatory. With mutual support and success, it will build each participant’s confidence
in their ability to manage their health and maintain active and fulfilling lives.

Techniques will be discussed to deal with problems such as frustration, fatigue, isolation, and poor sleep, appropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength, flexibility, and endurance, use of medications, communicating effectively, nutrition, new treatments and more.
