Activities

To sort through the calendar to find different types of event, click on the “categories” button in the top left corner. A drop down list of categories will be displayed and when one of them is clicked, only events from that category will be shown on the calendar.

While using this calendar, you can view the calendar in a number of different ways. To do this, click on the “month” button. Another drop down list will appear and you may then choose your preferred view of the calendar.

Participants receive a comprehensive course workbook with an emphasis on safety strategies for older drivers. The course also covers normal changes and reaction time associated with aging, and provides practical techniques to adjust for these changes. Most insurance companies in Ohio offer a premium discount to people who have completed this Safety Course. Participants should contact their insurance company for more details. Please bring your driver’s license and AARP membership card, if you are a member. Advance registration and fee required by Thursday, February 28. ($15 – AARP Members, $20
