Activities

To sort through the calendar to find different types of event, click on the “categories” button in the top left corner. A drop down list of categories will be displayed and when one of them is clicked, only events from that category will be shown on the calendar.

While using this calendar, you can view the calendar in a number of different ways. To do this, click on the “month” button. Another drop down list will appear and you may then choose your preferred view of the calendar.

The first week of May is National Herb Week. Cooking with herbs allows you to cut back on sodium without cutting back on flavor. Let Rachel Snyder, Wellness RD and Kortney Shroyer, Chef from BVH show you how to use herbs to season your dishes. Cooking demo followed by lunch!
