To sort through the calendar to find different types of event, click on the “categories” button in the top left corner. A drop down list of categories will be displayed and when one of them is clicked, only events from that category will be shown on the calendar.
While using this calendar, you can view the calendar in a number of different ways. To do this, click on the “month” button. Another drop down list will appear and you may then choose your preferred view of the calendar.
Guided, weekly hikes conducted in local or
surrounding area parks/trails. Hikes keep an appropriate pace for healthy exercise. Please
register your attendance in advance of the first hike you attend to be added to the contact list.
Cancellations or change of location may be necessary when weather or trail conditions are
inclement. A schedule of dates and locations can be obtained at 50 North or by attending a hike.
The billiard tables are free to use.

Based on solid research and tested at over 100 sites around the country, EnhanceFitness focuses on stretching, flexibility, balance, low impact aerobics, and strength training exercises — everything health professionals say we need to maintain health and function as we grow older. EnhanceFitness will provide additional exercise opportunities which will complement to our existing SilverSneakers® classes and other fitness programs.
SilverSneakers® Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Slow and Gentle exercises that help increase the range of motion in your joints and strengthen
muscles weaken by arthritis or other physical limitations.
